This little pig is one of my favorite projects. Floppy ears sewn into the seams, a jaunty appliqued snout and eyes, and a roomy zippered pouch area that's the perfect size for all sorts of uses, chapstick, keys, hexies for English paper piecing, snacks, or crayons. It's a fun sew and every pig comes out with its own personality.
About the Pattern
The pattern includes 25+ color photos with extensive written instructions. A complete supply list starts things off, followed by a full cut list and 7-9 pattern pieces to print at home. You'll need a quarter yard each of main fabric, lining, and coordinating fabric, plus wool felt, lightweight fusible interfacing, and a 9" polyester zipper (it will be cut down, so a metal zipper won't work, and a polyester zipper lets the pouch lay flat). Skill level is intermediate to advanced, and knowing how to sew a zipper is helpful.
