Welcome to woollypetals.com, operated by Kristin Rauch (“Woollypetals,” “we,” “our”). By using this website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following terms.

Digital Products & Personal Use

All patterns sold on this site are digital PDF downloads intended for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the pattern files. You may sell finished items made from our patterns in small quantities unless a specific pattern states otherwise. Check each pattern's cottage industry permissions for details.

Refund Policy

Because our products are instantly delivered digital files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital pattern purchases. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll make sure you get your files.

Payments & Tax

All payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. Stripe calculates and collects any applicable sales tax on our behalf. We do not store your payment information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including pattern designs, photographs, text, and graphics, is owned by Woollypetals and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any site content without written permission.

Disclaimer

This site and its products are provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure pattern accuracy, but we are not liable for any errors, project outcomes, or material costs. Sewing involves sharp tools, hot irons, and the occasional seam ripper tantrum. Please craft responsibly.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to deliver your patterns and communicate with you.

What We Collect

• Email address — provided at checkout and optionally when subscribing to our newsletter.
• Purchase history — stored by Stripe so we can provide access to your downloads.

We do not collect passwords (our download system uses secure email links), and we do not store your payment card information.

How We Use Your Information

• Order fulfillment — to send your pattern download links via email.
• Download access — to verify your purchases when you visit the My Purchases page.
• Marketing — only if you opt in, to send newsletters about new patterns, Sew-A-Longs, and updates.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the site:

• Flodesk — marketing emails (newsletter), opt-in only.
• Cloudinary — image optimization and delivery.
